We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $75. For orders under $75, a flat rate of $6.95 applies.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days within the contiguous United States. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Every order is carefully packed in our signature LuxAura packaging — because the unboxing should feel as luxurious as the products inside.
Returns
We want you to love your LuxAura pieces. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To initiate a return, please email us at hello@luxaura.store with your order number. We will provide return instructions and a prepaid label for eligible returns.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in the case of damaged or incorrect items.
For hygiene reasons, opened skincare and bath products cannot be returned unless faulty. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos and we will make it right.
